Essay Topics: Benefits of Writing About Your Old Friends
Essay Topics: Benefits of Writing About Your Old FriendsThe authors of the best selling books on essay topics, Lewis and Clark: Living and Working Together, would be delighted to know that their work is being taught as an essay topic. They might also like to think that the fact that other teachers are using their work in writing their own, may encourage them to submit their ideas for reprint in essays on many other subjects. But one can only hope that these authors will not be put off if they are not asked to write essay topics on any of the topics they covered in their works.Lewis and Clark were no less generous than those famous entrepreneurs in their attitude towards their subject matter. Both read and reread their writings; they derived pleasure from the experience, both of which proved helpful to their careers. The two writers provided examples of gratitude, friendship, generosity, and the desire to serve.Essay topics on working together and living together are examples of autho rship and authenticity in the real world. In each case, the authors showed how to respect and warmth were helpful to the achievement of the goals. Both did much to ensure that their tales were told to all who had been fortunate enough to see or hear them. And as the praise and admiration grew, the result was history. Each of the writers handled the job of reporting the stories of their expeditions differently. The descriptions differed in detail, order, tone, and the content of the material recounted. Their roles were different but the material they provided was the same in that each worked hard at a personal task.It was necessary to fill in the outline in advance of the expedition. Lewis and Clark prepared lists of the locations they would visit and have to camp, the resources they would need, the accommodations they would need, and the equipment they would need to begin each day's work. This task was more important to them than the actual departure. Their job was to prepare, not ca rry out.In this case, their favorite topic of all was their respect for each other. It seems to me that the article writers of today might profit from the example of these two men. If the writers develop the habit of creating a workable outline, a solid outline, I predict that the content and methods of each work of literature will receive the same attention.Articles that use the perfect outline will avoid the pitfalls of blandness and uninspiring content. The articles will be easy to read because each writer is respected for his or her work. And the articles will have an energy and verve that make them interesting, entertaining, and engaging.Lewis and Clark are rightly noted for their kindness and generosity. These traits could not be more appropriate to be included in essay topics. Readers will appreciate the warmth and generosity displayed by these great American writers.
